stupid silly me.
I didnt realize that thanksgiving was less than a week or so away.
and in order for my detox to fully be effective, I have to do it a minimum of two weeks, which obviously overlaps Thanksgiving day.
Stupid, Silly Me !
I have decided to postpone it to December 1...
